Terms and conditions
Our goal is to satisfy your every request. If you are not satisfied with its purchases you can exercise under Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, within fifteen (15) working days from the day you receive the products.
These may be returned by shipping the package by TNT courier free of charge for domestic returns and by postal courier with shipping costs borne by you for international returns, by inserting the return form inside the package, to this address:

Pickup and shipping cost for merchandise exchange (or garment return) are free of charge for Italy. For Europe or Extra Europe you cannot request an exchange of merchandise, but you can ship, at your own expense, your order to receive a refund.
The right of withdrawal is considered properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- they must bear the tag including barcode and disposable seal;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging.
After receiving your return and checking that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.
The refund will be activated in the shortest possible time once we have verified that the return has been made in compliance with the above conditions.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products back at your expense.
Should you refuse this shipment, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase of the products.
FAULTY ITEM:
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care at resi@pinup.it quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM:
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer care at resi@pinup.it quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
SUBSTITUTE VOUCHERS and DISCOUNT CODES:
If a discount was applied to the original order, the refunded amount will be recalculated to conform to the revised value of the order and the appropriate level of discount.
This return policy does not affect your legal rights.
Purchase Vouchers: purchase vouchers may be issued in lieu of refunds in the event of returned merchandise and in any other case where the requested item is unavailable.
Purchase vouchers may be used only once within 90 days from the date of issue on orders of an amount equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Deliveries will be made within 5 working days (excluding weekends) by our courier UPS.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
PRIVACY:
We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of the data of our customers and visitors to our site.
We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except as necessary to provide you with our services, e.g., to arrange for the shipment of a product, perform customer research and process customer profiles, or where we have been expressly authorized by you to do so.
YOUR CONSENSE:
We will not give your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to third parties (other than partners through which you have accessed our site) without your permission.
COMMUNICATION & MARKETING:
If you have made a purchase from our online store, we may occasionally update you about our new products, news and special offers via e-mail, mail and telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive such communications.

We may use the personal information you provide in order to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks.
The personal information you provide may be disclosed to credit-checking or anti-fraud agencies, which may keep it in their files.
This is done for the sole purpose of verifying your identity.

Unfortunately, the transmission of personal data over the Internet is not completely secure. We will make every effort to protect your personal data, however, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our Site.
Once we receive your personal data, we will follow strict procedures and use security features to prevent unauthorized access.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.
You must be 18 years of age or older and in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank we consider reliable.
Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled. If you cancel the order after you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.
After we receive your order, we will conduct a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to make sure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
Goods will not be shipped until this pre-authorization check is completed. We will charge the payment to your card after your order has been accepted.
